General

mm398 is a platform providing online gaming and sports betting services for Myanmar players. All games, promotions, deposit and withdrawal services, and user activities on the platform are governed by these terms and conditions.

Section headings are for reference only and do not limit the legal meaning of any provision.

Account Registration and User Requirements

To register an account at mm398, the following requirements must be met —

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate personal information (name, contact details) during registration.
• Each individual is permitted only one mm398 account; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (Login ID and password) secure and must not share them with anyone.
• You are personally responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on mm398 must be carried out in accordance with the following policies—

• Deposit methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay.
• Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (for any method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks.
• Standard withdrawal processing time — completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• You must only use your own payment account for deposits and withdrawals; use of a third party's account is prohibited.
• Players are personally responsible for filling in deposit/withdrawal forms carefully to avoid any transfer errors.
• mm398 may suspend a withdrawal if it is found to involve fraud or an illegitimate financial claim.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

mm398's bonuses and promotions are designed to make your gaming experience more enjoyable. The following policies apply when claiming a bonus—

• Welcome Bonus — You will receive a 120% bonus on your first deposit amount (maximum 300,000 Ks).
• To withdraw bonus winnings, you must meet a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount.
• Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 44,000 Ks; you must wager 24,000 × 20 = 480,000 Ks before withdrawing.
• Example — If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive the maximum 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 820,000 Ks; you must wager 300,000 × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks before withdrawing.
• Requesting a bonus does not entitle a player to determine the bonus terms — mm398 reserves the right to adjust or discontinue any bonus.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by any dishonest means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is found, the bonus and any related funds will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

mm398 supports responsible gaming. Players must observe the following commitments—

• Gaming may be played for entertainment or supplementary income purposes; the platform cannot be held responsible for any financial losses.
• Players must manage their budget within their disposable income.
• If you feel you may have a problem with gambling, you can access the support resources listed on the Responsible Gaming page.
• Allowing anyone under 21 to access your account, or lending your account to others, is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Players must not engage in any of the following activities under any circumstances—

• Attempting to hack the platform's software, programs, or servers.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI tools to play.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly ("bonus abuse").
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering activities.
• Arbitraging games or bets through dishonest means.
• Attempting to profit by linking with competing platforms (with a "matched betting"-style intent).
• Launching a DDoS attack against the servers or network, or attempting to block access.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All designs, software, graphics, symbols, and content ("Content") on the mm398 platform are under mm398's intellectual property rights. Players are granted access to the platform for personal entertainment purposes only—

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or reproducing any Content is not permitted.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the platform's source code is prohibited.
• The mm398 brand may not be used on any website, social media, or marketing material without prior written permission.

Service Limitations

You agree unconditionally that mm398 has the right to take the following actions at any time, with or without prior notice—

• The right to temporarily suspend or close any account.
• The right to temporarily suspend the service for technical maintenance or software updates.
• The right to adjust or cancel games, promotions, or bet amounts.
• The right to carry out identity verification ("KYC verification") whenever it is considered reasonable to do so.

mm398 is not responsible for losses that occur during a service suspension — including technical failures. However, if this happens, a goodwill gesture as a resolution will be considered.

Privacy and Data

When you access the platform, your IP address, device ID, and session logs may be recorded for security checks. These records will not be sold or disclosed to third parties — except where required by law.

Dispute Resolution

If any issue arises regarding gameplay, payments, or your account, please contact mm398's 24/7 Live Chat support (in Myanmar language) or reach us at [email protected].

• Issues must be submitted within 7 days of when they occur to be acted upon; issues submitted after that period will not be entertained.
• mm398's decision is final and will be made fairly after discussion with the player.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation is also available as an option.

Limitation of Liability

mm398 will not be held responsible for—

• Losses caused by internet connection failures or device malfunctions.
• Delays caused by a third-party payment provider's service disruption or failure — we will only work to resolve these as quickly as possible on our end.
• Service failures due to Force Majeure events (natural disasters, armed conflict, cyber attacks) do not exempt us from liability, but we will restore service as quickly as possible.

We are committed to addressing only losses that investigation confirms were directly caused by the platform; claims involving consequential losses cannot be accepted.

Violations and Penalties

If a breach of these terms is found, mm398 may take the following actions—

• Temporary account suspension with prior warning notice.
• Cancellation of bonus funds and suspension of pending activity.
• Withdrawal restrictions until the investigation is complete.
• In cases of serious misconduct, permanent account closure and forfeiture of remaining balance (after appropriate investigation).

Amendments and Termination

mm398 reserves the right to amend these terms, services, games, or promotions at any time, with or without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated approximately 7 days in advance via email or an in-platform notice.

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact Customer Support, and any remaining balance will be returned provided the wagering requirements have been met.

Identity Verification (KYC)

mm398 has the right to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" — KYC) checks on players at its own discretion. When a verification check is requested, the player must—

• Provide a clear copy of their identity document (NRC / Passport / ID).
• Provide proof of ownership of their payment method (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay — screenshot or statement).
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is complete; however, players may continue to play during the verification period.
